Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska would like to invite students and lecturers of health sciences such as: Nursing, Emergency Medicine, Public Health, as well as Physiotherapy to participate in the first edition of the International Summer School "Health and Recreation 2014." The International Summer School 2014 will be held on the premises of Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska from 25 to 30 June 2014.

Topics of the Summer School will include, but are not restricted to:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Nursing
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Public Health
  • Recreation

 

Who can apply?

The International Summer School „Health and Recreation” is designed for, and addressed to the students and lecturers of medical degrees such as: Nursing, Emergency Medicine, Public Health, as well as Physiotherapy.

Each group of incoming students shall be accompanied by one/two lecturers/professors from each university. The lecturers/professors are welcome to hold two hours of theoretical lecture or practical class. Authors of selected lectures will be invited to develop their paper for inclusion in a scientific journal Human and Health.

Participation fee

Participation fee is 120.00 EUR

Participation fee includes: summer school programme and materials, accommodation,  catering, trips, publication costs and transfer from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Biała Podlaska.

The participants have to cover the costs of transport from and to their home country by themselves.
