Important Documents

To participate in Erasmus+ Programme you need to be studying in an Erasmus+ programme country and your Higher Education Institutution (HEI) needs to have signed the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education Institutions (ECHE).

Moreover, make sure that your home University has signed a "bilateral inter-institutional agreement" between your Higer Education Instutution and Pope John Paull II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska.

Once you have been selected by your home University as an Erasmus+ student, and you consider studying at PSWBP, you should send an e-mail with, e.g. Letter of Nomination to Ms. Agnieszka M. Kaliszuk -  Erasmus Coordinator at Pope John Paull II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska. (contacts here)

The Erasmus Coordinator will guide you through the application and admission procedure. Furthermore you will be asked to send some required documents, such as:

• Learning Agreement;
• Transcript of records;
• copy of your passport or ID;
• copy of your health insurance;
• copy of recieved visa (if applicable);

Once your admission is finalized, Erasmus Coordinator will contact you directly and provide with more detailed information regarding accommodation, travel information, orientation programme, etc.

Deadlines for applications

15th July – for Winter semester
15th December – for Summer semester.
