Application Procedure for Student Mobilities

In order to apply for a SMS/SMP mobility at John Paul II University of Applied Sciences in Biała Podlaska, please contact the International Relation Office of your home university first.

Candidates for SMS/SMP mobilities are only accepted once an official nomination email from their home institution is received by June 30 for Autumn Term, and by December 30 for Spring Term.

Applications from nominated students consisting of:

Copy of ID/Passport

Draft of the Learning Agreement

must reach by July 15 for Autumn Term, and by January 15 for Spring Term.

Application Procedure for Staff Mobilities

In order to apply for a STA/STT mobility at John Paul II University of Applied Sciences in Biała Podlaska, please send a draft version of your Mobility Agreement to Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist gegen Spambots geschützt! JavaScript muss aktiviert werden, damit sie angezeigt werden kann.   

A draft version of the Mobility Agreement should outline objectives of the mobility, activities to be carried out during the visit and planned period of the mobility.

Acceptance/invitation letters are issued once the final version of the Mobility Agreement is approved by the Vice-rector for International Relations.
