Uniwersytet partnerski Evora University serdecznie zaprasza pracowników administracyjnych naszej uczelni do uczestnictwa w Międzynarodowym Tygodniu Szkoleniowym organizowanym przez Konsorcjum 5 największych portugalskich uczelni Erasmus Al Sud. Szkolenie jest adresowane głównie do osób zajmujących się praktykami studenckimi realizowanymi w ramach Programu Erasmus, zajmujących się obsługą studenta oraz pomocą studentom i absolwentom wchodzącym na rynek pracy.
Formularze aplikacyjne przyjmowane są do 10 kwietnia 2014r.
Szkolenie odbędzie się w miejscowości Beja w Portugalii w dniach 2 – 6 czerwca 2014r.
Istnieje możliwość dofinansowania wyjazdu w ramach środków Programu Erasmus – mobilność STT.
Maksymalna kwota dofinansowania to 650 euro.

Consortium Erasmus Al Sud 2nd Staff Training Week “Managing Consortiums and Promoting Students Employability”
2nd – 6th of June 2014, in Beja, Portugal
Deadline for registration is approaching: 10th April 2014
The Consortium Erasmus Al Sud (1) is very pleased to invite the colleagues of partner institutions to join us next June and participate in the 2nd edition of the Staff Training Week (STW).
The STW is taking place at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja campus, during the programme participants will have the possibility to attend seminars and training sessions, in and outdoor, to networking and getting involved in the “Alentejo’s” atmosphere , visit the University of Évora and the World Heritage city of Évora.
The programme is mainly focusing on issues related with the management of Consortia and the promotion of student’s employability. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire and share information, to look at different projects, to exchange experiences and practices under this field. Our aim is to contribute to identify best practices and approaches towards the management of Erasmus Consortia by strengthening the existing cooperation with partners, both higher education institutions and enterprises, and exploring new collaboration possibilities for the future.
Who should participate?
The Erasmus Al Sud Staff Training Week is open to all administrative staff members of our partner universities and enterprises and is particularly targeting those working with Consortia and Erasmus placements, student’s services and career support.
